Atlas Brotherhood
Application development · Case study
Atlas Brotherhood brings training, conversations, weekly guidance, and member operations into one connected place, with distinct Executive and Silver experiences.
The work
Give members a clear place to train, connect, and receive guidance—and give the team the tools to run it.
The build
A connected platform shaped around membership access, everyday participation, and staff oversight.
Built around the work
The member experience is the product.
Each capability is part of a larger journey: the right member sees the right work, the right staff member can support it, and the community has a place to keep moving.
Screenshots use sample member data.
01 Messaging
Keep the right conversations together.
- Group threads and private member conversations keep community context close to the work.
- Membership and group access control who can participate.
- Unread badges and a New messages divider help members resume where they left off.
02 Training
Put the next workout within reach.
- Member-specific training weeks are built from structured templates.
- Current workouts are organized by day, session, and exercise, with completion controls.
- Executive physical standards keep dated test results and history together.
03 Weekly guidance & updates
Give every week a clear starting point.
- Meeting details, recordings, and weekly actionables live in one member experience.
- Announcements can target all members or a selected experience.
- Unread indicators, push notifications, and optional email support important updates.
04 Coaching
Turn member questions into a manageable queue.
- Silver members submit coaching questions through a dedicated channel.
- Staff triage questions and track read and reply state.
- Executive adds an ongoing interactive conversation with Mitchell, a different rhythm from a single queued question.
05 Directory & introductions
Make member connections intentional.
- Profiles and Registrar answers make member expertise discoverable.
- Card and scan views, with filters, narrow the directory to useful connections.
- Restricted profiles protect details until an access request is approved.
06 Meetups
Connect the community beyond the app.
- Members discover available meetups and event details.
- Silver uses paid registration; Executive registration is included.
- Capacity, checkout, confirmation, and attendee records belong to the event journey.
07 Membership & billing
Connect the membership to the right access.
- Distinct Executive and Silver entry points lead into their member experiences.
- Google sign-in and guided onboarding reduce friction at the start of the relationship.
- Hosted checkout, complimentary invitation paths, plan changes, cancellation, and payment recovery connect back to access rules.
08 Administration
Give each team member the right tools.
- Member, coach, administrator, billing administrator, and community administrator roles keep authority scoped.
- Member access, groups, content, announcements, and operational queues meet in one console.
- Each role sees the records and actions it is allowed to use.
The shape of the build
A broader platform, shaped around two experiences.
Atlas connects several complete business journeys rather than a single screen or isolated workflow. The current release supports five roles— Member, Coach, Administrator, Billing administrator, Community administrator—across the Executive and Silver experiences.
That makes this a broader custom platform build, with membership access, training, messaging, coaching, meetups, billing, and staff administration connected in one experience.
