non-exclusive, non-transferable license
to use that product for its intended purpose. Ownership of the underlying work remains with Analytical Solutions LLC ("Analytical Ants") unless the product listing states otherwise.
- Use what you purchased for your own personal or business purposes.
Access any files, downloads, or materials included with your purchase.
Retain full ownership of the content and business results you create using the product.
Resell or redistribute
the product — in original or modified form — as a standalone product without written permission.
Sub-license or transfer your purchase to another person or company without consent.
Claim authorship of the underlying product or its design.
Analytical Solutions LLC retains all intellectual property rights in its products, design, and associated materials. Your own additions — content, copy, and business logic — belong to you.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Analytical Ants makes no guarantee that a product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytical Ants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of a purchased product.
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the product.
